KSue Duncan
K.Sue Duncan, LMFT
Executive Director
Pronouns: she, her, hers 
K.Sue Duncan, MFT, has held the role of Executive Director since February of 2009. She came to TPI from JFK University where she served as Core Faculty, Dean, and Vice President. K.Sue has a private practice in Lafayette where she works with individuals, couples and groups.  In her spare time, she is an avid endurance cyclist and a cycling coach for Team in Training.
Jennifer Khaw
Jennifer Khaw, LMFT
Clinical Director for the Post-Graduate Training Program  
Jennifer Khaw, LMFT comes to TPI with 13 years' experience providing psychodynamic, relational mental health services and clinical supervision in non-profit settings. She has worked with adolescents through older adult age groups, and particularly enjoys clinical work with the HIV+ and LGBTQ communities. She is passionate about mental health training program development and administration, as well as supporting therapists from practicum through licensure and beyond. Jennifer is a doctoral candidate at Smith College School for Social Work, and is interested in intersections of identity, reducing barriers to access to care, and dismantling oppression within systems of care. Jennifer is so excited to be joining the TPI community and looks forward to getting to know the staff therapists, supervisors, mentors, and clients who make it the rich and dynamic service organization that it is.       
Sierra Wilson
Sierra Wilson
Administrative Coordinator 
Sierra Wilson has been the Administrative Coordinator at TPI since November 2019. She brings with her a wealth of experience in office management and a background working in medical/mental health settings. Sierra's currently working on her Bachelors in Psychology at Cal State East Bay.
