Depression, even long standing depression can improve. Move forward with support. Most members notice some improvement within a few weeks and lasting change over time as they share honestly with others, decrease isolation, and change patterns that feed depression. This ongoing group offers support and skill building for members suffering with depression. I combine ongoing group connection with interpersonal skill development, cognitive behavioral concepts, mindfulness and the latest research on effective mood management.

The group is a welcoming space for diverse members. Women are insightful, supportive, and growth oriented. Excellent adjunct to depth individual therapy.

I specialize in the treatment of depression and group facilitation and have worked for Stanford, Herrick hospital, Kaiser, Family Paths and have done depression management groups for years in my private practice. If this group might be helpful, please call me for a free phone consultation.
